To promote our range of democratic design tools and services at the Chartered Institute of Housing 2009 exhibition in Harrogate, we designed and built our own trade show stand. The final design comprised a terrace of miniature houses, each one designated to promote each of our services with a large YouCanPlan3D demo taking centre stage. We used CNC techniques to cut out over 300 numbered pieces including routed cladding textures for each house. You will see in the video our team assembling the stand in the office before packing up over 300 pieces into the back of a little transit van and off to Harrogate. This is the third project delivered through CNC cutting techniques we have completed, and we are currently working on a number of other furniture commissions.
