We helped The Selby Trust prepare outline designs for a new Youth Activity Centre on their Harringey campus, as part of a bid for capital funding. We prepared a site development options appraisal indicating where the Trust could get best value from a £4M capital expenditure. We suggested a new 2000sq m BREEAM excellent rated building, sited on the existing car park, enabling the charity to continue its community functions whilst constructing the new facility. We also proposed youth consultation workshops deploying our YouCanPlan3D platform to refine the brief and support a participatory design programme to determine the final detailed fit out and envelope design.
