Our client required a vision to bring a number of leisure activity companies under one roof in a prominent Docklands location. We tested the feasibility of conversion of an existing storage depot building for reuse. A rational zoning strategy offered maximum flexibility of the open plan existing space, whilst adding an exciting facelift visible from Canary Wharf. We added some wow factor for the fund raising images using computational design techniques for generating cladding designs.
